The Traveler 2 is the straightforward way to get your clubs there and back. A ballistic nylon shell that takes what a baggage hold does to it. Skate wheels on ball bearings that keep rolling when the case is loaded. Two handles on the top face for the lift into a car or off a belt. And two large outside compartments for shoes, wet gear and anything else you would rather keep out of the main body. No system to learn, nothing to set up — it does the job, and it keeps doing it.
Ballistic Nylon
The shell is ballistic nylon — dense, tightly woven, and used where fabric has to survive being dragged across concrete. It resists abrasion at the corners and along the base, which is exactly where a travel cover wears through first. This is the part of a case you only notice when it fails, so it is the part not to save money on.
Skate Wheels on Ball Bearings
Skate wheels running on ball bearings, not molded plastic turning on a pin. Loaded with a full bag they keep rolling instead of dragging, and they stay quiet across a terminal floor. Pull a case the length of an airport and this is the difference you feel in your arm at the other end.
Two Compartments on the Outside
Two large outside compartments take your shoes, a rain suit, anything that comes home wet or dirty. They keep it out of the main body, away from clubs and clothes — and they mean you can get to it at the carousel without opening the whole case.
Two Handles on Top
Two handles on the top face give you a real grip when the case is lying flat. Lifting it into a car, off a belt, or onto a scale is a two-handed job, and this is where your hands actually go. A small decision, and the one you notice every time you travel.

SHIPPING WITHIN SINGAPORE (DOMESTIC FULFILLMENT)
- Shipping fees is automatically calculated at checkout page.
- Estimated delivery time to 1-2 working days.
- You will receive your tracking number via email once your parcel has been shipped out.
- Expect delays during festive periods and sales promotion period.
- We do not accept any order cancellations upon dispatch of your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We ship worldwide via and DHL.
- Expedited International shipping will take 3-6 working days.
- We provide Worldwide Shipping. All rates will be auto calculated at checkout page.
- You will receive your tracking number via email once your parcel been shipped out.
- We do not accept order cancellations upon dispatch of your order.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
- Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel
- Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
RETURN
- Returns or exchanges can be made on items within 7 days after you've received the original order. Items are only accepted on unopened and unused products.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging (ex: plastic wrapping on grips must be kept ON) and in the original condition.
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs .
- For returns and exchanges, you will be responsible for any costs associated with shipping the items back to us.
- For returns (partial or full) only, you will be refunded for the product purchase price only (this does not include the original shipping costs).
REFUNDS
- Refunds are normally processed back to the original account (ie. credit card or e-Wallet). In the event that the payment processor cannot issue the refund, We will send a wire transfer for the refund amount.
- Refunds are only issued for unopened and unused products.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition.
RETURN SHIPPING
- We recommend using a shipping carrier that will track your return shipment and guarantee delivery, such as USPS priority mail or DHL/Fedex ground.
- We cannot verify or issue refunds for lost, stolen shipments, or damaged items*.
*For returns where the value of the items are over $100, we recommend purchasing insurance from the carrier in case of damage in transit.
